Low calorie diet

As most people know, low calorie diet depends on the fact that if you are going to diet successfully, the important thing to eat less calories than you actually use.

So what is a calorie?
The calorie is the standard unit for energy measurement in dieting. A 'calorie' is the the amount of energy required to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1 degree centigrade at atmospheric pressure. If something has more calories, then it will provide your body with more energy to use when eaten.

Low-cal food types include bok choy, bell pepper, grapefruit, beef, and skimmed milk.

1/4 c Canola oil

1 T Honey

1 T Lime juice

1/4 t Paprika

4 Chicken breast halves,

-washed and patted dry Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine canola oil, honey, lime juice and paprika. Place chicken, skin side up, in a 7x11

inch baking dish. Apply mixture to chicken pieces in a single layer. Bake in over for 35-40 minutes, basting every 8-10 minutes or until well browned and juices run clear when you cut into the thickest part of chicken. Remove from oven. Cover with foil for 15 minutes.
