Barbecued Lentils Recipe

Ingredients And Procedures

Ingredients
2 1/3	cup	lentils, rinsed
5	cup	water
1/2	cup	molasses
2	tablespoon	brown sugar
1	tablespoon	vinegar
1/2	cup	ketchup
1	teaspoon	dry mustard
1	teaspoon	worcestershire sauce
16	oz	tomato sauce
2	tablespoon	onions, minced
1/4	teaspoon	liquid barbecue smoke, optional

Directions:
Add lentils to water, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 min or until tender but whole. Add remaining ingredients to the cooked lentils and bake at 350 F for 45 min.
