Buying an Oven : If you need to purchase a gas oven or range, look for one with an automatic, electric ignition system. An electric ignition saves gas-because a pilot light is not burning continuously.


When you are travelling, you should have a quick think about where your food has come from. When/if it is locally produced, your food is likely to be tastier, better for the local economy and fresher.


Kitchen Tip : Make sure stovetop electric coils work properly. A worn-out element is a real power drain.

1 ea White Bread Slice

1 x Ketchup

1 ea Hot Dog

1 pn Oregano

1 ea American Cheese Slice

Spread Ketchup on Bread, drop on a pinch or two of Oregano. Place one slice of American Cheese on top. Cut Hot Dog into little round pieces 1/8 to 1/4 inch , and place 5 or 6 pieces per slice of bread. Bake in

toaster oven until the cheese melts.
