1tablespoonparsley, or coriander, fresh, chopped

1cupyogurt, or soft cheese
1lettuce, leaves
1lemon, wedges

Directions:

Pound or slice the chestnuts. Mix together with the rest of the ingredients and serve with fresh lettuce leaves and lemon wedges.
