Losing weight

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet plan started by Florida-based cardiologist arthur agatston which stresses that dieters should be eating "good carbs" instead of "bad carbs" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Dr. agatston invented the south beach diet for his cardiac patients, as a consequence of his detailed analysis of scientific studies completed on other weight loss regimes.
"good" foods include, veal cutlets, chicken breast, prawns, feta cheese, almonds, lowfat yoghurt and certain vegetables, such as green beans, collard greens and spinach.
