A low calorie weight loss regime

In a nutshell, the low calorie diet depends on the fact that if you plan to reduce weight, it is important to consume less calories than you need for exercise.

Definition of a calorie?

The food calorie is the the amount of energy required to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1 degree centigrade at atmospheric pressure.
